Bio

As Chief of Staff, Alicia manages the day to day operations of the company, including Human Resources and IT. She assists with the coordination of initiatives across Closed Loop Partners and contributes to special projects and partnerships. Prior to joining the Closed Loop Partners team, Alicia served as Executive Assistant to C level executives at YipitData, Advanced Generation & Efficiency, Healthy Planet Partners, and Recyclebank. Earlier in her career, Alicia worked in a variety of backstage roles in Broadway and off-Broadway theaters, and as an actor for three seasons at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Alicia has BFA in Theatre from Southern Oregon University. In her free time, Alicia enjoys reading, archery, backpacking, winter mountaineering and trail work. Alicia has been a volunteer Team Leader with the Jolly Rovers Trail Crew, a 501c3 specializing in technical stone construction, for over a decade.
