Lorenzo Cascione joined Clessidra Private Equity SGR S.p.A. in 2021 as an Associate. Prior to Clessidra he had been working for 1 year at Deutsche Bank (Vice President within the Italian Investment Banking team) and for 6 years at Houlihan Lokey (formerly Leonardo & Co., as Analyst and Associate within the Italian M&A & Debt Restructuring team). He advised primary European and Italian clients within M&A, capital markets, leveraged finance and debt restructuring transactions across several sectors. He holds a MSc Finance degree at Warwick Business School.
