Mr. Swaine is a Managing Director at Clarity Partners and leads the firm’s Seoul, South Korea office, where he is focused on generating new investment opportunities for the firm. Mr. Swaine has more than 10 years of experience working in the Asia-Pacific region, principally in Latin America, where he worked in a consulting capacity for U.S. companies including Los Angeles-based The Wonderful Company, where he focused on mergers, acquisitions and strategy. Mr. Swaine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Emory University, which included a year at the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law and is a member of the California State Bar.
