Tania is a Partner at Claritas Capital and is deeply committed to driving the transformation of healthcare. Tania helps lead Claritas’ investing efforts within healthcare technology and services companies. Tania is always on the lookout for interesting companies and ways to broaden our strong Claritas network. Tania currently serves on the board of directors for Naborforce, Cogitativo, Esperta Health and as a board observer for PeopleOne Health and Work & Mother. Additionally, Tania leads aptihealth and Swift investments for Claritas. Tania started her career on Wall Street in investment banking where she focused on various industries on behalf of Merrill Lynch. After Merrill Lynch, Tania worked at long-short hedge funds investing in public equities. She left Wall Street to invest in, and lead, two businesses in which she later sold Tania has over 20 years of investment experience in public and private equity across numerous industries and she loves finding interesting areas to generate alpha. Tania graduated with honors from University of Virginia where she earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in finance from UVA's McIntire School of Commerce. As a former UVA Varsity soccer player, she roots for all UVA sports. Tania is a native of Silver Spring, Maryland.
