Scott joined CIVC in 2004 and is focused on new investment opportunities and working with portfolio companies. Scott is currently a director of Magna Legal Services and KPA. He was formerly a director of GWC Warranty Corporation and Innovative Aftermarket Systems. Prior to CIVC, Scott was a Vice President at American Industrial Partners, where he focused on acquisitions in the industrial growth and business services sectors. He also previously served as a consultant with McKinsey & Company, advising companies in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, operations, and strategy. Scott received a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
