Chris joined CIVC in 2002 and is responsible for all accounting, financial reporting, administrative and compliance functions of the firm. Prior to CIVC, Chris was a Senior Manager in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of Ernst & Young, LLP, where he participated in over 100 acquisitions, divestitures, and investments in various industries. He also held various positions with U.S. Robotics, Inc. / 3COM Corporation, including Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis and Assistant Controller. Chris has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and is a Certified Public Accountant.
