Bio

Prior to joining CIP Capital, Mr. Formica was an Associate at Protostar Partners, where he was responsible for new investments and portfolio company management primarily in the industrial sector. Prior to joining Protostar, he was an Associate/Analyst at TM Capital Corp. where he worked on M&A, financing and restructuring transactions across a range of industries. Mr. Formica graduated from Georgetown University with a B.S.B.A. in Finance and International Business.
