Bio

Prior to joining CIP Capital, Mr. Schwartz was a Vice President at Halyard Capital where he focused on investments in the business services industry and was responsible for all aspects of new deal execution as well as post-investment management. Prior to joining Halyard, he was an analyst in Bear Stearns' Telecom, Media, & Technology Group where he worked on M&A transactions as well as debt and equity financings across the media, communication and business services industries. Mr. Schwartz received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
