Before forming CIP Capital, Mr. Kelly was a Principal at DLJ Merchant Banking Partners (“DLJMBP”). At DLJMBP, he worked on a broad range of private equity transactions across the business services, consumer and leisure sectors and was responsible for deal sourcing, investment due diligence, deal execution and post-closing value enhancement. Before joining DLJMBP in 2004, Mr. Kelly worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at UBS Investment Bank, where he executed a variety of financial advisory assignments for corporate clients and financial sponsors. Mr. Kelly currently serves on the Board of Directors for People 2.0, WilsonHCG, Cisive and Compliance Solutions Strategies. Mr. Kelly is a former Director of RevSpring and CoAdvantage. Mr. Kelly graduated from Boston College with a B.S. in Finance.
