Bio

Amir Yoffe is a Partner of CIC and has been with the Firm since 2002. Prior to joining CIC, Amir worked in JP Morgan's Mergers and Acquisitions group in New York, where he completed transactions in the healthcare, telecom and energy industries. He serves as a director of CraftMark Bakery and McClancy Foods & Flavors and is the former Chairman of L&L Foods and director of OmniSYS, Totally Green (OTC: TLGN), an innovator in organic food waste processing and diversion and Combs Produce. In addition to his CIC activities, Amir currently sits on the Advisory Board of BroadJump, LLC, a healthcare supply chain software company. He also serves as an Advisory Board Member at the Alternative Management Center at SMU's Cox School of Business and as a regional board member of the Anti-Defamation League and the Texas-Israel Chamber of Commerce. Amir is a graduate with Distinction from Harvard Business School and a graduate of Cornell University.
