Tom Phipps Bio

Tom co-founded Chiltern Capital with Alex Sheffield in 2015 and is a member of the Investment Committee. Tom focuses on developing the firm’s origination activities and completing new investments and has been significantly involved in all of the firms deals to date. He has extensive experience in the business services and technology sectors. Prior to Chiltern Capital, Tom was a director at Livingstone Partners. Tom is an avid follower of Gloucester Rugby Club.
