Bio

Philip has been involved in private equity for twenty years. He was a partner at Kelso Place Asset Management, where he was instrumental in developing the firm into one of the UK’s leading special situations investors with a focus on turnarounds and other complex situations. Philip also had a stint at LDC, where he focused on mainstream lower mid-market investments. Philip qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte, following which he held various M&A and operational roles in large corporates. Away from the office Philip spends his spare time cycling, skiing and attempting to keep up with his children in a myriad of outdoor activities.
