Vince looks for patterns to systematize and leverage in ways that will drive program-oriented, repeatable results. He brings a unique combination of experience, passion, creativity and diligence to bear on any business challenge, implementing his consulting and marketing expertise to assist healthcare providers in building talent plans, and finding and hiring the people they need to fuel growth. He is adept at strategic alliances, sales and marketing, delivering repeatable solutions, and developing pipelines, industries, markets, alliances and packaged applications. Prior to joining CPF, Vince was Senior Recruiter at Cushman & Wakefield, Vice President of Talent and Business Development for MK Strategic Resources, and Vice President of Talent Acquisition at R1 RCM. He holds a B.S. from Indiana University-Bloomington.
