Bio

Will has 10 years of entrepreneurial experience and has been with Chicago Capital Partners since 2020. Prior to joining CCP, Will cofounded Serionix based on his PhD research and now has a manufacturing plant located in Champaign, IL, with 20+ employees. At Serionix, Will served as COO and was responsible for technical development, marketing initiatives, and operational excellence. Will has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Zhejiang University, a PhD in Materials Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Will lives in Wilmette, Illinois, with his wife Dr. Ying Guo, daughter Anastasia and son Tyler.
