Bio

Victor joined Charterhouse as Head of Asia and Partner in the Portfolio Team in 2020. He leads the newly established Portfolio Team offices in Shanghai and is mainly responsible for portfolio management and value creation initiatives. Prior to joining Charterhouse, he was a Managing Director and Head of China at CDIB Capital for nine years. Prior to this he held a variety of senior positions in Private Equity and corporates. Victor holds an MBA and an MS in Engineering from the University of Maryland at College Park and a Bachelor of Engineering from Harbin University of Commerce. Victor is fluent in Mandarin and English.
