Bio

Michael joined Charterhouse in 2019. He is responsible for all tax matters at Charterhouse.He previously spent 19 years at DH Private Equity Partners where he was their Head of Tax. Prior to this, he qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser at Deloitte in London. Michael is also a member of the BVCA’s Tax Committee and is the former Chair of their Personal Tax Sub-Committee.Michael holds a BSc in Accounting and Computer Science from the University of Ulster and a Post Graduate Diploma in Transfer Pricing from the International Institute for Tax and Finance.
