Hector Bultynck, CPA, CFA, has more than 30 years of private equity, mergers and acquisitions consulting and auditing experience. During his 19-year career at Peninsula Capital Partners, he originated and managed numerous investments in lower middle market companies across five funds, totaling over $1.5 billion. As a Partner at Peninsula, Hector was responsible for deal origination, due diligence, underwriting, documentation, and portfolio monitoring. He also served on the board of directors for dozens of Peninsula portfolio companies during his tenure. Before joining Peninsula Capital Partners, Hector worked on more than 120 due diligence, financial advisory, and audit engagements while with Deloitte and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Hector earned his BBA and MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the CFA Institute.
