Khaled El Marsafy co-founded Chart National in 2018. Khaled has 26 years’ experience in U.S. and International Private Equity, having led and managed transactions aggregating more than $500mm invested capital. His role during his tenure in several Private Equity firms has been sourcing private opportunities through his global network between the U.S., Europe and the Middle East. In particular, the bulk of his experience has been in structuring the investments and managing the growth of the portfolio companies. Prior to The Chart Group, Khaled worked at Univest Group, a PE investment Advisory company based in Kuwait.; Al-Deera Holding, a publicly traded investment company in Kuwait; Fletcher Asset Management, a $1bln PIPE hedge fund in NYC and UBS New York. Khaled graduated from University of Hartford with a Bachelors’ Degree in Business and International Finance. Khaled is a member of ABANA in New York and sits on the board of several companies including Miami International Holdings (US), Bag Borrow or Steal (US) and Abwab Capital (Dubai).
