Bio

David led the formation of Chart Capital in 2000 and currently serves as its managing partner. With over 20 years of principal investing experience, he is responsible for originating and structuring equity investments, serving on portfolio company boards, and managing overall fund activities. He serves or recently served on the boards of FedData, Knight Sky, Laney, MTN, Genesis, PURE, New World, and other portfolio companies. Prior to CCP, he was with The Chart Group where he executed direct investments and fund formations in the US and Europe; a Senior Consultant with Deloitte & Touche LLP; and a policy analyst for a US government agency. David received a B.A. from Duke University and an M.A., with honors, from The George Washington University.
