Bio

Spencer joined Charlesbank in 2019 from Bain & Company. After completing Charlesbank’s associate program, he pursued an MBA at Wharton and returned to the firm in 2023. Raised outside of Chicago, Spencer now lives in Bay Village with his wife. He enjoys snowboarding, long-distance running and spending time with family.
