Michael joined Charlesbank in 2021 from Palladium Equity Partners, where he co-led the firm’s healthcare services vertical and executed investments across industrials and business services. Previously, he was an associate at Housatonic Partners and an analyst at Goldman Sachs. Michael lives in Boston with his wife and daughter. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, hiking and skiing with his family. Princeton University – BA in chemistry; Harvard Business School – MBA;
