Erica joined Charlesbank in 2019 from Highfields Capital Management, where she worked as a trading compliance analyst. She previously spent a decade at Regiment Capital Advisors, most recently serving as manager of investment operations. At Charlesbank, Erica focuses on trade operations for investing activities and various day-to-day and strategic compliance responsibilities. A native of Northborough, MA, Erica now resides in Shrewsbury with her husband and two daughters. In her free time, she enjoys running, skiing, reading and spending time with her family.
