Bio

Before joining Charlesbank in 2020, Bianca was an associate at SFW Capital, responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities and providing portfolio company support. Prior to SFW Capital, Bianca was a management consultant at Oliver Wyman, advising private equity, industrial and consumer clients. Bianca spent her first two years at Charlesbank on the investment team, working on transactions across the Tech & Tech Infrastructure and Healthcare teams. In 2022, Bianca joined the Portfolio Resources Group, where she supports portfolio companies in driving equity value creation through various strategic and operational-improvement projects. Bianca was a competitive figure skater and has worked as a professional coach in New York and Massachusetts. She is also an avid skier, runner and half-marathoner.
