Bio

AJ joined Harvard Private Capital Group, the predecessor to Charlesbank, in 1996. Prior to that, he worked as a research associate in entrepreneurial finance at Harvard Business School and as a consultant at Bain & Company. AJ lives with his wife and three children in Needham, MA. He is an avid Boston sports fan, cyclist, runner, hiker and skier. AJ serves on the Board of Trustees of the Dana Farber Cancer Institute and the Board of Directors of Facing History and Ourselves. He is also the Vice Chair of the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation.
