Bio

Marc Chiang is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Charles Thayne Capital. He is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s finance and compliance. Prior to joining CTC, Marc was a Transaction Advisory Services Managing Director at Kroll, with oversight responsibilities for the San Francisco team and focused on technology transactions. Prior to Kroll, Marc was a Transaction Advisory Services Partner at Grant Thornton. Marc started his career in audit at PriceWaterhouseCooopers. Marc holds an MBA from IMD Business School and a MAcc and BA from the University of Waterloo. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
