Co-founder and Managing Partner of Convergent Capital, a VC tech fund focused on technology investments. The Fund was sold at the expiration of its 10 year life (FCPR). Convergent continues to assist technology companies in strategy including international business development. ​ Armand’s experience includes both General Management experience and active investor in tech companies. Former General Manager of 2 listed companies - Compagnie des Signaux (Armand succesfully turned around CS Telecom in France and Rand Information System –Oxford) and Lectra Systems. Investment manager at Euris, where he he led a successful.LBO of a medium size industrial company. Armand started his carreer with Price Waterhouse Coopers in France and in the USA and in consulting with Sema Metra ( a subsidiary of Paribas).
