Mr. Ingersoll is Chairman of the Private Equity Investment Committee and a Senior Managing Director. From 2005 to 2018, he served as the Global Co-Head of Private Equity and during his 17 year tenure at Cerberus, has been central in leading the Firm’s Private Equity platform. Mr. Ingersoll has served on the boards of fifteen Cerberus portfolio companies and currently is a member of the Board of Directors for Steward Health Care, DynCorp International, and Worldwide Flight Services. Prior to joining Cerberus in 2003, he was a General Partner and a member of the Investment Committee at JPMorgan Partners, which has since been renamed CCMP Capital, for nine years. He began his professional career at Goldman Sachs & Co. in its Investment Banking division. Mr. Ingersoll graduated from Brigham Young University and received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He also serves as a member of the National Advisory Council at Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Management.
