Mr. Palmer is a Managing Director on the Supply Chain and Strategic Opportunities team, which invests in businesses driving next-generation technologies and capabilities that advance supply chain integrity. Since joining Cerberus in 2008, he has led investments in companies across industries, geographies, and lifecycle stages as a senior member of the Private Equity team. He previously served as the Co-Chief Investment Officer of Cerberus Telecom Acquisition Corporation (“CTAC”), Cerberus’ first publicly traded special purpose acquisition company, and contributed to the development of Cerberus Frontier. Mr. Palmer currently sits on the Board of Directors of KORE Wireless, which went public as a result of a combination with CTAC, as well as Stratolaunch, AURA Network Systems, and Rapid Flight. Mr. Palmer also has served on the Boards of Steward Health Care, Covis Pharma, PaxVax Global, and Print Media Holdings. Mr. Palmer graduated cum laude from Duke University.
