Bio

Mr. Waldenberg joined Cerberus in 2008. At Cerberus, Mr. Waldenberg analyzes CMBS and has created methods and tools to optimize financing for the investments. Prior to joining Cerberus, Mr. Waldenberg spent two years at Lehman Brothers working in the Securitized Products Group where he focused on trading and risk management. He has over six years of real estate experience including analyzing and valuing CMBS cash bonds and other debt products. Previously, he worked at PriceWaterhouse Coopers as an analyst in the Real Estate Business Advisory Services group. Mr. Waldenberg is a graduate of Skidmore College.
