Bio

Mr. Solomon joined Cerberus in 2007 and is a senior member of the Cerberus Business Finance fund development team. With approximately $18 billion of investment capacity across a diversified portfolio, Cerberus Business Finance is a recognized leader and innovator in the middle-market direct lending industry. Mr. Solomon is also a loan officer for the Cerberus Business Finance portfolio, with various responsibilities including origination, due diligence, and portfolio management. Previously, Mr. Solomon’s responsibilities also included internal debt advisory, where he assisted in raising third-party capital in support of several Cerberus private equity investments. Mr. Solomon began his professional career in the leveraged finance group of Deutsche Bank Securities. He graduated from Stanford University, where he holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Science in Management Science and Engineering.
