He later co-founded the company Jablotron design-house Logic Elements with colleagues. The Jablotron holding is one of the largest manufacturers of electronic systems in the Czech Republic. He also oversaw areas such as project management, plastic mechanics, technological preparation for production, production and development testing, and product and marketing. Aleš Krutina has also been active for more than fifteen years in professional circles dealing with multidisciplinary issues in energy, particularly in the management of distribution networks, operational diagnostics of steam turbines for nuclear power plants, and the quality of delivered energy. Aleš also has extensive experience in automation, process control, embedded systems, software development, network infrastructure, and cyber security. Since 2017, Aleš has been part of the broader CEIP team, joining as a Senior Advisor CEIP. In 2023, he worked on the acquisition of the company AMiT, where he currently serves as an operating partner, managing director and CEO.
