Prior to joining Centerbridge, Natalie was a Managing Director & Global Head of HR Business Partners at Blackrock, Inc. Prior to Blackrock, she was a Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer at Cerberus Capital Management. Prior to that, Natalie was a Recruiting Director at Merrill Lynch.
