Mr. DePierre has over 30 years of industrial experience leading, improving, and growing organizations through strategic planning and operational excellence. Previously, Mr. DePierre owned his own industrial company, AGET Manufacturing Company, a leading industrial dust collection company. He also served as CEO of Henniges Automotive, a global automotive rubber seal company; CEO of Android Industries, a global JIT assembler to the automotive industry; President of Benteler Automotive North America, a global manufacturer of structural, chassis, and engine components; Executive VP of Benteler Automotive Exhaust systems, a global provider of automotive exhaust components. Mr. DePierre currently serves of the Board of Directors of Signature Systems Group and TAG Manufacturing. Mr. DePierre has a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Western Michigan University. Mr. DePierre enjoys traveling to remote areas to view wildlife with his wife Sharon, fly fishing, reading (history), and spending time with their son, family, and friends.
