Jon Geisler has over 25 years of experience in the food industry. He has worked in every operational aspect of food processing and packaging: Manufacturing, Plant Engineering, Product & Process Engineering, and Technical Services. Jon has worked at the senior executive level of mid-market food processing and packaging organizations since 1994. He has a passion for continuous improvement initiatives and strongly believes that investing in the development of your workforce and creating a work environment that supports their individual success will pay long-term dividends. Jon’s approach to lean implementations has proven effective in turnaround situations and in mature manufacturing environments.
