Bio

Mr. Lee joined CD&R in 2016 and is responsible for information technology. Previously, he spent eight years as head of technology for Morgan Stanley Merchant Banking and eight years as head of technology for Credit Suisse Private Equity. Mr. Lee has an M.B.A. from New York University and a B.E. from Cooper Union.
