Mr. Sleeper joined CD&R in 2000 and is a member of the Investment Committee. He also leads CD&R’s industrial investment vertical. Mr. Sleeper has been involved in CD&R’s investments in Artera Services, Atkore, Beacon Roofing Supply, Brand Industrial Services, Brakes Group, Core & Main, Cornerstone Building Brands, Culligan, Hertz, Hussmann, Roofing Supply Group, SunSource, US Foods, White Cap, and Wilsonart, as well as its debt investments in HD Supply and US Foods. Prior to CD&R, he worked in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs & Co. and at investment firm Tiger Management. Mr. Sleeper has an M.B.A from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Williams College.
