Bio

Mr. Peiro joined CD&R in 2022 after more than 20 years as a technology executive. His experience includes the role of president at CUJO AI, focusing on artificial intelligence-powered cybersecurity, and co-founder and CTO at PowerCloud, pioneer in cloud-managed networking virtualization. Mr. Peiro also served as vice president and GM of the Advanced Products Group at Comcast and technology commercialization lead at Xerox PARC. He holds degrees from the Scuola Superiore della Marina, the Università degli Studi di Milano and the Università’ degli Studi di Pisa. Mr. Peiro is also an honors graduate of the Italian Naval Academy and has served as an intelligence officer for close to a decade.
