Esana Blank is a Managing Director and Chief Compliance Officer of CCMP Growth and CCMP Capital. Prior to joining CCMP Capital’s predecessor JPMorgan Partners in 2004, she was a senior consultant at Ernst & Young within its Financial Services Consulting Group. Esana holds a B.S. in Finance from Brooklyn College. Esana and her husband Felix have two kids and reside in Brooklyn, NY.
