Toms joined CBRE Caledon in 2015 and is focused on business development and marketing activities for the North America market. He has extensive experience working with institutional investors helping them to achieve their investment objectives in the alternative asset classes. Prior to joining CBRE Caledon, Toms was a Managing Director at Manulife Asset Management, where he was responsible for business development and client service activities for institutional investors and consultants across Canada, focusing on private and public market strategies. Previously, Toms was an Investment Specialist at Industrial Alliance where he developed customized investment solutions for defined benefit plans. Toms is a CFA Charter holder and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA). He completed Honours of Economics from McMaster University and was a proud member of the Varsity Basketball team.
