Zengyang Chen Bio

Eric is a Managing Director of Cathay Capital, based out of the Shanghai office. He covers various sectors including industrial technology, automotive, digitalization, software, SaaS and semiconductors. Prior to joining Cathay, he worked as a Senior Technologist at GM for 4 years. Before that, he gained a combined 7 years experience with startups in the mobile gaming space and consumer electronics. He holds a bachelor's degree in computer science and international business, as well as a master's degree in artificial intelligence, from Nanjing University and an executive MBA from the Univeristy of Chicago Booth School of Business.
