Bio

Mr. DiPucchio is the Chief Operating Officer and a Managing Director of The Catalyst Capital Group Inc. (CCGI). Prior to joining CCGI in 2018, Mr. DiPucchio was a senior partner with the leading firm of Lax O’Sullivan Lisus Gottlieb LLP, where he served as counsel on many of CCGI’s funds’ litigation. He also previously worked as an associate at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP. Mr. DiPucchio holds a law degree from Osgoode Hall, York University, and was the gold medalist of his graduating class.
