Prior to joining CAPZA in 2023, Charles worked for 6 years at Marlborough Partners in London and then in Paris, as a Director in Debt Advisory. During his tenure, he has closed over 20+ transactions, supporting private equity firms and their portfolio companies through their capital structure lifecycle. Charles started his career at Société Générale in Milan (Italy) as a Leveraged Finance Analyst. Charles holds a master’s degree in management from IESEG Business School and a master’s degree in financial engineering from EM Lyon Business School.
