Prior to joining CAPZA in 2023, Astrid worked at Comgest (independent asset manager) for 7 years as the Head of the Human Resources Department. Prior to that, Astrid had multiple experiences in the asset management, consulting and corporate industries, working as Head and Manager of the HR Department at BNP Paribas, Ineum Consulting (ex Deloitte) and RATP. Astrid holds an Executive MBA from ESCP Europe, a Master’s Degree in Human Resources “Audit and HR Management” from Institut Supérieur du Commerce de Paris and a Literature Degree from Sorbonne University.
