Georg P. Helg is Managing Director of Capvis in Frankfurt, Germany. Prior to joining Capvis, Georg has been active in management consulting, M&A advisory and private equity for the Matuschka Group, Deutsche Bank and ABN AMRO / Royal Bank of Scotland where he was Head of M&A Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Georg holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel, Germany, Paris and London.
