Bio

Keith J. Stone is an entrepreneur, FinTech expert, global fleet management technologies leader, and philanthropist with over 32 years of experience in international corporate fleet product development, global business operations, corporate strategy and B2B payments. In 2019, following the public sale of his company Corporate Spending Innovations (CSI), Keith relaunched CSI Kickstart as CapStone Holdings. He spent 30 years building CSI into one of the industry’s leaders. CSI, an entirely bootstrapped company that Keith established in 1989, earned the highest private or public sale multiple in the FinTech industry to date at 25x EBITDA. Keith’s first CSI fleet services international division company in Brazil sold to GE Capital Fleet in 1997 at record margins and multiples. In 1993 CSI Fleet Services proved to be the first fleet management software and services company throughout Latin America, working with brands such as FedX, Coca-Cola, Frito Lay, Bimbo Bakeries, Pepsi, General Motors Overseas Distribution, and hundreds of others. Under the award-winning CSI Enterprises, Inc. brands, Keith founded and guided numerous U.S. and international companies from the ground up, developing each into a thriving organization with an exciting future. He also served as President and Managing Director of GE Capital Fleet Services do Brasil and established a philanthropic organization that impacted over 30,000 at-risk youth. He started GameAbove-EMU as a philanthropic arm of CapStone Holdings. GameAbove-EMU works with Eastern Michigan University to take finances out of the higher education decision process. The group also promotes research, entrepreneurship, and innovation at EMU through investing in faculty and students. Keith was born in Flint, Michigan, and is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University.
