Chris Koepper is an accomplished CPA with over 16 years of experience in luxury real estate development and the private club industry and over a decade of experience in public accounting. He joined CapStone Holdings in 2022 as the Chief Financial Officer and leads the strategic investment team. Before joining CapStone Holdings, Chris was the Chief Financial Officer for Kohanaiki Golf & Ocean Club on the Big Island of Hawaii from 2016 to 2022. He also served as CFO at Baker’s Bay Golf & Ocean Club and The Cliffs before his tenure in Hawaii. Chris is a past board member of Hospitality Finance Technology Professionals and has served on the advisory boards for two global, industry-leading technology and solutions-oriented companies. 10+ years of public accounting background, primarily with Ernst & Young and KPMG. Chris graduated from Taylor University.
