Bio

Torborg Chetkovich has successfully developed large organizations for more than 25 years, increasing profitability and creating shareholder value through in-depth turnarounds in complex environments, always with a customer-centric focus. She has also pioneered business models that integrate sustainability in the daily operations of companies. Chetkovich is currently board member at Norled and Loviisan Lämpö as well as Chairperson of the Board at Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce in Sweden. Before joining CapMan she held management and CEO roles at Swedish State Railways, Veolia Transport Sweden, MTR Nordic and Swedavia. She also leads the Level 20 Initiative in the Nordics with the purpose to improve the gender diversity in the European private equity industry. Chetkovich received her BSc Business Administration and Economics at Uppsala University Sweden and MBA at IMD Lausanne Switzerland.
