Bio

Todd is a Partner and a member of the Investment Committee. He has significant middle-market private investing experience in direct lending, mezzanine, and equity transactions across a variety of situations and industries. Prior to CapitalSpring, Todd was a Managing Director and founding management team member of the Goldman Sachs Specialty Lending Group. There he co-headed, from 2004 to 2014, underwriting and asset management and served as a member of the group’s Management Committee. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, he was a Vice President at GE Capital in the Media, Telecom, and Entertainment Finance Group. Todd holds a Masters of Accounting and a BA with Distinction from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
