Bio

Chad has decades of experience in the foodservice industry. Prior to CapitalSpring, Chad was a multi-unit franchisee for Subway and Director of Operations for Blockhead Burritos, a chain of full-service Tex-Mex restaurants. Previously, Chad was instrumental in growing Hale & Hearty Soups and held the positions of manager, area manager and director of training. He has also worked in management roles for The Marathon Grill and Boston Market and previously owned and operated a catering company. Chad holds a BS in Restaurant and Hotel Management from the University of Massachusetts.
