As a vice president on CapitalG’s growth team, Stephanie works closely with portfolio companies to help them scale their businesses. She leads the firm’s advisory efforts for B2C portfolio companies and runs the marketing advisory practice across the full portfolio. She also manages the firm’s Go-to-Market Advisory Board of senior expert advisors from across Alphabet who work actively with portfolio companies on strategies to grow their top-line growth. Before joining CapitalG in 2021, Stephanie worked at Google where she partnered with high-potential growth stage customers to scale their businesses exponentially leveraging Google Ads. Before Google, she was a Brand Strategist at Leo Burnett Worldwide, a global advertising agency based in Chicago, where she leveraged research and consumer insights to inform the development of creative, effective solutions for Fortune 100 companies. Stephanie holds a B.A. in Economics and American Studies from the University of Virginia. Outside of work, you can find Stephanie exploring the California coastline, cheering on the Hoos during basketball season, or Facetiming with one of her 5 nieces and nephews.
